c) To ensure correct BOWLING SHOES are reserved for you and your group, please be sure to indicate for EACH BOWLER the shoe size, male/female, and adult/child.

Step 2: Hand deliver with cash payment to Valerie Pepe.  No checks please. = $20.00 donation is required for EACH BOWLER.  Your registration is NOT complete until donation is confirmed ($20.00 for each bowler).  Your donation helps us raise awareness and funds to support families struggling with AMC.

Adaptive Bowling Equipment is available for persons with disabilities.
Providing services to families affected by Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC).  All proceeds go to AMCSI.
